The archives of the Senate House Library contain Booth family papers from 1799 to 1967.

GERMANY - ATLAS OF THE GERMAN EMPIRE
The atlas helps in tracing the roots of families with origins in any part of the German empire from the late nineteenth century to the early twentieth century. It also covers the bordering portions of present-day Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, the Russian Federation, Slovakia, and Switzerland.
GERMANY - KARTENMEISTER
The database contains 98037 locations with over 45.115 name changes once, and 5,500 twice and more. All locations are EAST of the Oder and Neisse rivers and are based on the borders of the eastern provinces in Spring 1918. Included in this database are the following provinces: Eastprussia, including Memel, Westprussia, Brandenburg, Posen, Pomerania, and Silesia. It currently list most towns or points, points being: Mills, some bridges, battlefields, named trees, cenotaphs etc.
IRELAND - AIRO - HISTORICAL MAPPING 1841-2002
Historical Mapping Atlas for all 32 counties across the island of Ireland. The data contained within these online atlases include Irish Population Change data for every decade between 1841 and 2002 and Irish Famine Data relating to agriculture, population density and housing data between the years 1841 and 1851.
IRELAND - GRIFFITH'S VALUATION ONLINE 1847-1864
The Primary Valuation was the first full scale valuation of property in Ireland. The site includes name, place, Thom's directories, survey books and map searches.
IRELAND - IRISH PLACE NAMES 1861
The Irish Place Names database is based on the Index to the Townlands, and Towns, Parishes and Baronies of Ireland published in 1861 after the Census of Ireland carried out in 1851. This database lists all of the villages, towns and townlands that were enumerated, as well as the Barony, Civil Parish and Poor Law Union that each was located in.
IRELAND - IRISH STONES
The website has a collection of photos and notes about the megalithic and medieval historical places of Ireland. All the monuments included in the database can be browsed by several criterias. Every monument page has full information, with geographic coordinates, OS grid references, type of monument, the county where it’s in and the map number.

UNITED STATES - OLDSF
Two developers, Dan Vanderkam and Raven Keller, had the brilliant idea to take all the old photographs from the San Francisco Historical Photograph Collection and put them on an interactive map. This map functions similarly to Google Street View, except for when you zoom in on a particular place it gives you photos from as far back as 1850.The project, lets you manipulate a slider to change the range of years (it goes from 1850 all the way up to 2000). The pair have geocoded about 13,000 images.
